What information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on the website, we receive the information you fill in: your name, phone number, email address, the type of project and what you write in the message. If you apply for a job with us, we also receive your date of birth, town, a link to your profile and the files you attach. If you email us drawings or photos, we store them together with your enquiry.
What we use the information for
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To carry out and follow up the assignments we agree on, including invoicing
- To handle job applications
Cookies and statistics
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the website is used. It stores two cookies in your browser, and information about the visit is sent to Google. Which cookies they are, how long they are stored and how to turn them off is described under cookies.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual. For example, encrypted data and various electronic identifiers such as IP addresses are personal data if they can be linked to individuals. We make sure that this data is handled correctly. Processing of personal data means anything that is done with the data. At Arkigroup, we use personal data to reply to your enquiry and for the assignments we carry out for you.
